Does anyone else think this one could be his absolute masterpiece?

When I first heard the Eddie Cochran monologue it was like nothing I had ever seen before. I couldn't believe my ears. I was in disbelief that a character like that could even be conceived by literary creation. Upon hearing that monologue I felt My best Friends Birthday has got to be Quentin's absolute masterpiece and I was in prayer that it would never go out of existence (it being an independent 16mm movie that was almost completely destroyed in a lab fire).
