What the HELL WAS THIS?!!

The cover & movie description make this seem like its going to be a 'Children of the Corn' meets "Village of the Damned" meets "IT" kind of thing.
There is even a photo of a red-eyed kid (making one think it must be an evil kid right?).
Well the only resemblance to any of these films is something in the film with 'Gatlin' attached to it, and a seemingly killer clown of questionable involvement.

This is one turgid mishmash. It made no sense at all, and was hard to both see & hear (NO subtitles in English? WTH?!)
Nothing is explained. Are we to assume this whole film is the lead character's hallucination? She certainly seems insane from the start, understandably so if she saw her son get murdered before her eyes.
But why not EXPLAIN THIS?!

I am so sick of renting films that seem to be 'somebody's baby', yet have NO story! WHY?
