Proxy Violence and Corrupt Government

You can tell this is pre-PC run amuck. Sandra actually went to prison for her part in causing this murder. Today she would have walked free and been portrayed as the victim by the media.

Why does the director make this into a racist crime when clearly it was not? Blackmon had a long history of violence and was going to kill Troy if he got the chance. It was a prison inmate power struggle. (Coincidentally the director is Jewish. Jews inciting black and white racial animosity?)
