His personality and everything are exactly the same as Deadpool.
The only difference is their abilities.
That has more to do with the actors 'trade-mark' smart-azz attitude.
Otherwise, King doesn't "talk to the audience", doesn't have delusions, is still human, etc.
Dude... You are just now noticing that actors play versions of themselves on screen? I'd say about 90% of ALL actors play themselves on screen...
There are a very, very select few actors who can transcend their own personalities to become somebody entirely different on screen... I love Clint Eastwood's films, particularly the man with no name, even his latest ventures have been good.. BUT IT'S CLINT, playing a character.
Daniel Day Lewis, just an example. People that you have to go, oh wow, I didn't even realize that was him (without excessive makeup/costumes). If you are looking at virtually the same person in different movies and can't recognize them, they are great... And the list is really, really small. Think about it, the Rock? Reynolds? Morgan Freeman? This list is pages long, you get the idea, all of those actors play themselves, with minor adjustments for character and plot, at the end you're watching the people, very blatantly acting...
It's fun, I guess I envy the people who can see Morgan Freeman in the Dark Knight Rises, and Shawshank Redemption and see extremely different people, even Morgan freeman in Lucky Number Slevin, Driving Miss Daisy, and those dumb Now you See Me Movies. Playing God in Bruce Almighty? Lucy, Wanted, Se7en, It's ALL HIM. There is like literally no talent to most of these actors, it's all about who you know in that business, and a whole lot of luck... BY THE WAY I hate picking on Morgan Freeman he was just an easy target to make an easy example of films I recall. I very much enjoy 'some' of the films he has been in. But to praise these people as masters of art or something... lol it's a joke, they are a farce (90%).. It's the writers and on part the directors that make a movie really good...
Since were talking about quality.. This movie sucked bad... Jessica Alba, another example, see it if you want to, or be blind to your perpetual celebrity worship as if I speak blasphemy for sharing the truth with you, you might not see it, or just see it a different way, I just ask you to look objectively at the roles, and actors in their respective parts, playing themselves is all... Some are very good at it, and people like their personalities so it works, sometimes even the accents play, but that's not so hard is it? The great ones don't often shine out because well like I said, it's the writers and directors who make the movie great, with some great assistance from the actors no doubt, but to put on a true farce and completely alter your genetic personality on screen, is truly remarkable.
None of that found here, just a bunch of junk, and some killing vampires and people, stupid lines and weak CGI, so if you're into numbing yourself and switching off, I guess you could find something a lot better... lol, but hey, its OK for that... I guess.. Maybe...Wesley Snipes is a great example of a terrible actor playing his terrible self. Hence... not so much Snipes these last 10 years? Heard he's an arrogant prick, at least he was in his prime... Character shows, it worked in Blade... He couldn't play a black slave like a good actor such as Samuel Jackson, one of maybe the handful who are excellent at acting like other people... No, Snipes is too arrogant.
