7/10: What could you stand sacrificing for humanity?

7/10

In short/long:
This is a the standard time travel story about saving x thing in the future.
The cinematographical laguage is spot on (it has the feel of a russian sci-fi as noted on the board) with low saturation, higher gamma, gritty environments and with a higher than normal degree of letting silence speak.
Good lighting, costumes, script, dialogue and backdrop.
Acting is mostly not up to par.
This isn't a big budget movie which should be taken into consideration, but it is one that asserts it's speace.

Pro's
• Cinematographical language
• Sound
• Plotline (finding originality where there usually is little to be had)

Con's
• The sound lets the movie speak well, and even some classical music could stand to ruin the movie it could also have made a big difference with a crescendo as the movie reaches it climax to then fade out.

End notes:
The beauty of the movie should be viewed by anyone who likes sci-fi and for me it is all down to how the storyline evolves.

Ignorance is only a bliss if you haven't reached awareness.
My imdb posts are getting altered.
