There was another spy-teen movie

i found in blockbuster about a year ago. The kid spy was about thes ame age
and blond and european (I think, could be wrong). I can't remember the name, but the movie was good. Any idea what this movie Im talkin about is? His father was a spy and thats about all i remember.
