Movie played on the TV sets (woman in a red dress?)

Hi there! Please help if you can. Does anyone know the movie being played on the TV sets. Woman in a red dress with a guy in a suit. Possibly 50's? This was right after they visited the hospital. Thanks.

It is Bandwagon. I believe it is from the 1950's. Stars the incomparable Fred Astaire and Cyd Charisse.
