Halo is going to be a movie!

The other day, I saw this movie trailer on the internet and I was for Halo the movie! When I first downloaded and saw this trailer, I was suprised about what I just saw. The movie almost looked liked the video game itself! The trailer did not say when the movie is coming to be big screen but when It does, I betcha Its going to be a BIG blockbuster!!!

If anyone wants to see the trailer for this movie, your going to need iMesh to download the trailer. If you don't have iMesh, got to www.imesh.com and download it for free. If you have iMesh, go to the search window, select video under "Type" and in the "Search For" box type in Halo Movie Trailer.

If anyone has seen the trailer feel free to tell me your opinion about the trailer.

If there were a Halo movie, it would just be an embarrasment to the game like all the other game movies. Even among the biggest of games would wind up having a lemon for a movie (like that "Super Mario Bros." movie). I would laugh my ass off if there were a "Super Smash Bros." movie though.

Here's an idea for who else should be in the movie. R. Lee Ermey is perfect for the role as Captain Keyes mainly for the reason that he is world famous for playing milltary roles. He also would have the charisma for playing a captain with his strong drill sergeant-like voice. And also, he is a former marine and halo involves space marines so that would be a perfect role for him.

Did you see a trailer of the Master Chief jumping of a ship because thats Halo 2

That was probably the old E3 trailer. It was a very sweet trailer, I'll give him that, almost good enough to just turn it out, turn off the lights, and sit back with some popcorn.

The only way they could successfully pull off a Halo movie would be to do the whole series. They shouldn't JUST be about Halo though. That shouldn't even be a prefix for the titles (e.g: Halo: The Flood). They should do movies based on all the books, not necessarily the game itself:

The Fall of Reach
The Flood
First Strike
Earth's Last Stand (or whatever the Halo 2 book may be called)

That would defenitely be an superb idea, and if no one does it, I'll make them when I'm older! XD! Right now I'm about halfway through the newest book, First Strike, and it's great. I recommend all of the books for anyone who hasn't read them.

Sorry to dissapoint you, nut it is not a movie. I saw that, too. It was not made by professionals. The voice in the back is just cut out from the Final Fantasy movie trailer, and they just added clips of the game, to make it look like a real trailer. They must have done a pretty good job to have fooled you... lol.

If they were to make these into movies, rather than focus on the sci-fi space parts, (obviously thats the setting, but dont overdo it), they should make them like war movies, with the marines and navy fighting the covenant. make it gory and sad like saving private ryan until the flood, when the movie turns into a horror film.
