Yes, I want spoilers

I am a sucker for punishmanet , always watching terrible modern horror movies. My husband was watching ADAM & EVIL last night and I could just tell from a sixth sense that it was below par. HOWEVER: Among the bad reviews I've seen on IMDB I have heard people mention there is a "twist ending".

Can someone give me a summary of the movie AND the twist ending or do I have to sit through a movie I know will be terrible to find out?
