Tough Crowd gone? Oh No!

It's six months later, but.....

I am so happy this piece of crap show, Tough Crowd, was taken off the air (I mean cable). It was extremely unfunny in spite of what appeared to be potential: having a whole lot of good comedians as guests. It tended to be just an uncomfortable confrontation between complete idiots and regular idiots.

I was so sick of hearing Patrice O'Neal talk about what 'white people' do. What a freaking racist ass. That moron is so stupid, he probably voted Republican. Which brings me to my final point: this show proved that Republicans have a poor sense of humor. Being (politically, religiously, economically) conservative = lameness.

Colin Quinn sucked on SNL, he sucked on Tough Crowd, and I'm confident he will continue to suck in whatever he's involved with.

In one way I do miss Tough Crowd: Along with the O'Reilly Factor, I watched just to laugh at how ignorant and bitchy these people are.

Not to mention the fact that Colin Quinn is a democrat.

karlh10 I totally agree with you! These guys may be brain-dead morons but you have to understand as far as this show goes, the only things dead are their careers. I commented before that part of the attraction to this show was how ignorant and bitchy these people are. As much I hate bigotry I have to say some of the jokes these guys say are pretty funny. (I'm black AND muslim btw). You see over here in Australia we get this show in repeats, which means they probably started showing over here the same time it was cancelled in the US. They first showed Season 2 for some bizarre reason and only this year they started showing the first. At first I enjoyed watching these buffoons piss, whine and moan about subjects they clearly felt strongly about but it seemed the more episodes of this show I watched, the more I began to loathe it. Thank you karlh10 for hitting home the exact reasons to be glad they took this show off the air.
