Flute

I really like the music and instrument Saleem plays near the beginning of the film.

Can anyone help find information / or ways of obtaining such a flute?
(I'm in the UK)

Would it be considered a folk Bansuri? Sorry about my ignorance, but I've found it difficult to source information about smaller flutes.


I'd be hugely grateful for any help.
