How did this feature police rushing to aid her near climax of Daredevil?

The movie connections page for this movie says that the film features a clip of police rushing to Elektra's aid from the fight near the climax of Darevil. I would believe that if this was part of the "Featured in" section, but it's actually featured in the "Features" section. I don't remember any scene like that in both the theatrical and Director's Cuts of the film. I only remember her being in the ambulance when she died. Can someone clarify this for me please?
