Tango + Cash

In the final scene from "The Last Shot," when Matthew Broderick is asking Alec Baldwin what the cop movie will be called, I could have sworn that he suggested "Tango and Cash" as a possible title. As "The Last Shot" was supossedly based on a true story, is it possible that "Tango and Cash" was created as a result of a FBI sting operation? If so, have they created any more?
