I was wondering who created this show, and I saw that it doesn't have a "creator" credited, but it did have 6 executive producers.

I wonder if that had something to do with it not surviving, it was a cool premise with an attractive cast.

The creator and also one of the Executive producers was Robert Mark Kamen, he wrote The Transporter, some of the Karate Kid movies, Kiss of the Dragon, Taps. Unleashed starring Jet Li and Bob Hoskins is one of his latest films.
