What was it about the guys in the car and the four friends? Why did he want their heads? Did they turn him on? Was Killing them his way of showing his attraction to them? Or was he fixated on them because they saw him in the woods?

Im leaning towards the fact that he killed whoever turned him on. Toby was in drag and he wasnt attracted to him and let him be. But once he took off the drag and showed his real self the killer killed him. So im thinking that he became attracted to Toby and HAD to kill him. I hope they make a sequel with a lsightly larger budget and go into the history of this guy a little bit.

Why doesnt GOD heal amputees? And is your religion the only God-approved religion?

We really don't know. The motives of the killer were never revealed or discussed.

My best guess is that they were in the wrong place at the wrong time. The killer was looking for random people to kill and these six just happened to cross his path.

You know i did enjoy the movie a lot and being a Scorpio the dark side is intriguing. There are so many unanswered questions with this movie I find it hard to believe the writers and producers would leave it without any clear understanding as to what's the point. Obviously Weaver(the killer) is a serial killer and collects the heads, or most of the heads. What's is under the mask. At the end when the ambulance tech mentioned what's under the mask, her partner stated you don't want to go under there, its a real mess under there. Is that the only clue? Did the killer who obviously enjoys showing off his body have some sort of accident in which his face was ruined, burned or was he dosed with chemicals and burned his face. I think that for a man to have the body he showed, it makes no sense not to show his face, clearly he wants to be seen. Could the horror that happened to his face been caused by a fellow gay man, an attack? looking at the way he touched the drag queens face, I detected a sense of wishing or longing.
Clearly there is nothing sexual about his killings nor any overtones to suggest as he just takes the heads.
Not to mention that his entire face is blacked out and only at the end do you get a sense of what his facial structure is. What does he do in the daylight hours? Does he work a job? Does he live in the woods or a cave? Many unanswered questions.
