Need OpenGL 1.4.0 for XP

For some reason, I need to install OpenGL 1.4.0 on my desktop to get KOTOR back up and running! Does anyone know where I can download it, I have tried googling but a.) that hasn't turned up much and b.) I wouldn't know which sites are reputable to download the program from.
