I finished the game. That's it?! Now what?

I was thrilled to finally finish the damn game. I was looking forward to going back into the galaxy and going on all those insignifigant quests.

I never got to reunite Mission with her brother.

I never got to revisit all those awesome planets and those people.

So, there's no way to revisit them without starting a new file?

Cuz I actually am planning on replaying the game again, but I wanted to revisit all those planets with all of my powers and special abilities that I didn't have the first time I went there.

Help!

Thanks.

This isn't Mass Effect; if you want to finish sidequests and stuff, you need to do all that before you go to the last planet.

However, this game was literally designed for repeated playthrough, since there are so many options in the game that cannot be seen/experienced with a single game/character. There are so many ways of varying all the things you can do throughout each level, depending on, to a large extent, if you go darkside/lightside, which characters you interact with at any given point, what skills/powers etc, you give to yourself and your team mates (or if you cheat at all?) and even depending on the gender of your character, which can determine more than some would believe on the events of the game.

Yeah you have to do all the side quests before you go to the last planet. Don't forget the sequel Sith Lords! It is a bit short compared to KOTOR though!

That's because the sequel was never finished; Lucasarts had the game rushed out several months before it should have been, leaving a great deal of the story unfinished.

Yeah I know there was loads of stuff missing from it. Reading about it on the web and how some of the characters would have ended up! Silly LucasArts!!!!!

Play the game again with a completist approach. Try to complete every single quest with your most desirable outcome. Alternatively, If you want to, you don't really have to get the last Star Map (or even the 2nd to last for that matter) and just kinda cruise around all over the places GTA style.

"That's it? Now what?"

Now you play the sequel and quickly realize that you miss the greatness of KOTOR 1. Play 1 again. Repeat.
