What is it about Revan....

That makes him so compelling. I feel more personally connected to him than any of the characters from the films. Is it the fact that this game is so well made, intimate and personal? Or is it the fact that concept of the evil you're trying to vanquish is YOU, is more intriguing than the concept of the evil you're trying to vanquish being your father? Or is it both?
