Count Yorga is the best version to portray Kurt Barlow.

Count Yorga was suave, debonair, cunning and pure evil all wrapped up in one
charismatic man. The transition of the vampires was slow but once they do
turned, they were pure evil. Take Count Yorga and combined the the vampires
from Salem's lot 1979 and you will have a perfect miniseries.
