1) Why didn't Doson kill Seimei when he had the chance? He had him by the throat with a sword? Then Doson let Seimei go and then tried to chase him again.
2) Was Seimei gay? The way he cried for Hiromasa?

I don't know about Doson but on question number 2, I don't think Seimei was gay (not that there's anything wrong with that); I think he just cared about Hiromasa a lot. Seemed like Seimei was lonely, keeping all those spirit girls (or whatever you would call them) hanging around, and Hiromasa seemed like his only real friend.
