Well if we were talking about the real world I would probably go with Matt Damon, but Heath Ledger is way better in the movie. I loved Jakob and Ledger did awesome playing the adorable geek IMO. So my vote goes to Jake.

I loved Jake, i thought he was adorable.
I love Heath Ledger and I admit i'm not much of a fan of Matt Damon xD.
Jacob, hands down. I love how he fidgets and stammers, that he keeps pushing his glasses up his nose, that he carries his book everywhere and talks to himself, etc....he's such an adorable geek.
