Fresh off watching it, it was tedious and took a lot of effort to get through. I like the setting, some of the ideas, many of the visuals and the general premise but the execution was way off and the pace was painful for such an uninteresting story.

I particularly couldn't swallow the "happy ending:" Angelica had just encountered her long missing father only for him to die shortly after, the brothers have just seen two long time friends (or at least associates?) decapitated and they go off to dance and frolic around in a bizarre love triangle? What a bunch of sociopaths. Happy endings are nice but the story didn't earn this one.

Overall, I found this to be a particularly unpleasant movie to watch.

Im still pissed she disses Jake over his brother. Will was just meh but I loved the quirky Jake. Edit: Or did she choose any of them? Now I have to re-watch. I am not sure how it ended there.

She probably didn't choose either of them. That would be something I would expect from Gilliam.

Agreed, easily one of the worst movies of the past decade. Unintentionally hilarious and relentlessly awful. I was so embarrassed for Gilliam, Damon, and Ledger.
