My favorite scene is the "Ten Seconds" one, where Sly has beaten Clockwerk and turns to find Carmelita, still keeping her promise, standing right behind him. Then Sly begins a "countdown" which ultimately results in Sly and Carmelita locking lips. Ahh, romance. =)
My favorite level would have to be the 3rd level. The boss fight with Mz. Ruby was a nice break from the usual slashing and hacking.

My favorite scene is the last one, "Ten Seconds". My favorite level is "A Deadly Dance" (The boss battle with Mz. Ruby).
I had watched a friend of mine go through both of these when she was showing me this game. When I finally got myself a PS2, these were the things that persuaded me to get the game- the things I couldn't wait to see and do for myself, with the controller in my own hands.
Though I have to admit, I'm also quite fond of the introduction, in both English (when I know what they're saying), and in Japanese (where the graphics are slightly different... Sly and Carmelita look cool with longer/narrower muzzles.)
