?!!? Really? Wow! I don't think I have ever met anyone who didn't like Eternal Sunshine but you think he sucks? I am truly perplexed.
One thing I admire about French directors is they way they present romantic comedies. The American/Hollywood romantic comedy is so formulaic that once you've seen "the nerd loser gets the totally hot chick" film you've seen them all.

Seriously? This was not a cutesy movie at all. I mean, it was no Synechdoche, New York, but it wasn't exactly lighthearted either. I thought the tone was pretty similar to Eternal Sunshine really.

But in this case it was imposible.
Maybe, I´m to old to enjoy this movie.
But I have seen a big boy and a big girl, playing like stupid teenagers.
I like so much fantastic movies, in fact these are my favourites.
But in this case I thinks the director/writer confuse creativity with stupidity.
I like Gondry, but in this case it was a false step.
