I'm currently teaching myself French and I really enjoyed this film. Can any Francophones perhaps recommend me some films that are entirely in French that are sort of in this style that I might enjoy? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Delicatessen (released in 1991) is a MUST SEE! A very bizarre dark comedy directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet and Marc Caro.
Also, La Cité des enfants perdus (released in 1995, US title "The City of Lost Children") is another directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet and Marc Caro.
And of course, Amelie (2001)...yep, directed by, you guessed it, Jean-Pierre Jeunet.
