If I remember correctly, in the book Juanita was bleeding abit. She wasn't really ready and in consquence she tore a bit. So mix a bit of physical pain with the emotional and that's probably why she was crying.

I'd say it was the other way around. People have sex with all kinds of people by choice, even if they later look upon it as a bad move. On the other hand giving it up to someone who you don't want to ever talk to again because he can give you a drug fix, literally prostituting yourself, is something different.

I have the book, and according to the text David calls Juanita before he heads over. He implies that he wants sex and she tells him she cannot because she is on her period he automatically doubts this. He heads over to her house and she proceeds to give him oral sex

Pg. 163 "She went to the bathroom and got the towel. I made her kneel down in front of me, then I rubbed my dick all over her face until it was covered in her tears. I wanted to *beep* her then real bad. As she started to sob, I pushed her away, and fell down on the floor next to her. She was crying loudly now. The sounds of her shame only aroused me."

Pg. 163 "...as I forced her legs wider. She didn't have any Kotex inside, so I was right. The bitch had lied."

Pg. 163-164 "I rammed my dick up in her, making her grunt from the pain. I'm pretty well hung, so I can get a sound or two out of the average woman. With her legs spread as far as I could get them, I started to ride that pussy. She cried like a baby causing me to bust my nuts before I was ready to come..."

From what is written here in the text it would seem no anal sex occurs. And Juanita has succumbed to emotional shame and pain which causes her to cry.

However they may have implied anal sex within the film, because it is more degrading. I suppose you would have to ask the director on that one. Anyway I hope this has been helpful.
