Which DVD?

So far, I found two DVDs of this movie, one is RC2, the other RC3.
Does anybody know which is the better one in terms of picture quality and extras?

According to the descriptions I found, parts of the bonus material are identical on both discs, but there seem to be some differents. The RC2 disc seems to have an audio commentary (subtitled?), while the RC3 version includes production sketches or something. Or are those descriptions I got a bit sloppy and the DVDs are actually really the same?

Only seen short part of the R3 but the new Tartan R2 seems to have the same transfer. Either way the quality in the R2 is real good. Can highly recommend it, Directors Commentary and all the extras are subbed in English. Great Film, great DVD.

As with most Korean releases the R3 only has English subs during the movie and nothing on the extras.

Where did you find those? I am afraid to buy a region free copy because they are often pirated. Thanks.

RedSunDVD.com has a region 0 available, but I wanna get a second opinion on it before I plunk down my cash.
