UK Release date?

Can anyone involved with this film give an indication of when it will be released in the UK?

reply

Hi Roehyde I'm Simon Lewis, I was the Lighting Director on Devil's Harvest and I don't know what the release date might be. The latest I heard was that the film hadn't been sold so to see 2003 on the imdb is a bit of a turn up. The movie was finished several years ago and has been waiting for a buyer.

Let's see what happens as the crew were on deferred payment!

Cheers,

Simon.

Hi Roehyde and Simon. It's Jim here, the director of the film. I've recently returned from Cannes (2004) where the film got tons of great reactions and stuff. I'm currently in negotiations with some guys in LA who are going to sell the film worldwide this November at the AFM. Then we all get paid! Yay!

There will be a new website set up this summer with more details (our last one got guzzumped by some canabis awareness monkeys).

Simon, check out the Welcome 2 Ibiza site... if you dare!
(He does wonders with a HMI you know!)

Hi Jim!

Hope things are going well, very pleased for you getting that great feedback in Cannes!

Hope the negotiations from the LA guys goes well, keep us posted.

Let us know where the new web site will be - couldn't find a Welcome 2 Ibiza site but did find David Winter's one with the poster - looks nice!

All the best mate,

Simon.

Hey Simon!

You can check out the new trailer for "Devil's Harvest" at:

paragonfilmgroup.com

The official site is in the works. We're currently recording commentaries for the DVD (with Chris, Lara, Carol, Dave, Richard, Neil and myself) and I'm cutting a feature length making of too. It's all looking good!

Hope everything's going well for you too. Our next project is set in the South of France, all very secretive, but I can tell you that David Banks has agreed to play a large part in it. A large hairy part! It would be great to have you on board.

Say Hi to Pete for me!

Hugs and kisses,

Jim

I personally really enjoyed this film - I can't see why everyone is being so harsh towards it!

The DVD I purchased however was lacking in the special features department. It would have been cool to find out a bit more about the film.
