This movie is not all that bad...

when you take it in the context it was intended to be... a parody of the cheesy 70's slasher crap movies, this one was actually better than most of those. Sure, it had it's amateur moments, but my wife and I had a ball watching this in the Cascade Theater in Redding (and so did most of the aidience), and I wish someone would give these guys a real budget to work with. Here's looking forward to more movies being shot in Redding California, and hopefully on a decent budget. I would recommend watching htis movie if you like parodies, and are not expecting Steven Spielberg production values. Good soundtrack too by Craig Padilla, if you like new wave/space music check out his site on the web.

I bet you either helped with the movie, or know someone who did.

The movie (compared to a legitimate) release wasn't very good. It had more problems with sound than I have ever seen in a movie. The story wasn't good at all, and it came out like a fan film.

I actually thought this film was pretty good, not as good as I was hoping, as I wanted a great 80's slasher homage, but for the budget it was very good. The directing was solid as was the acting. The film pays homage to Friday the 13th and comes off very good. I would say if you are new in horror avoid, but if you know your horror like me see it.

"a parody of the cheesy 70's slasher crap movies"

That would be 80's slasher crap, very few slasher films were released in the 70's- at least not the post-Halloween slashers. And no, this was not better than most of those.

I collect dead pigeons then I press them between the pages of a book.
