OMG, this has got to be the most cheap ass movie I HAVE EVER SEEN.

even the title is wrong ... there is no such code as 11-14.

But there is a 10-14 code which means Citizen holding suspect.

Stupid, cheap, lame! I only watched this crap cus there was nothing else on HBO.

Just watched it myself. What a load of rubbish.
Unintentionally funny though, that crazy FBI agent was more nuts then the killer.
