What's that???? Can You here it????

Oh, it's just the left crying, because they can't fight the truth, and need to resort to name calling, and comparing President Bush to Hitler. Oh, You say just go to web sites like salon.com, and whatreallyhappened.com, and I will find the truth. hehehehehawhawhawhaw

I need kleenex, because You guys make me laugh so hard, it brings tears to my eyes. I truly thank You.

I thank God every day for the left, for without them, the people would not know what life could be like.

"I thank God every day for the left, for without them, the people would not know what life could be like."

Ah yes, the wacky things the left stands for. Like health care, the abolition of slavery, minimum wages, weekends, education....I hope they all die. What we need is corporate statism.

reply

Hey pal, let's not forget what the left cannot erase from their legacy- Hypocrites like Robert (KKK) Byrd and his racism, Bill Clinton lecturing on morality while shtuping his intern Lewinsky, the FAR LEFT trying to create their utopias in China, Russia, and Cambodia- all leading to millions dead and many mass murders, and the FAR LEFT bankrupting Canada and Europe with free health care that puts you on a waiting list for heart surgery. NOT A TRANSPLANT, BUT SURGERY. Yes, the Far Left needs to be remembered, like the Nazis. Both menaces to TRUE FREEDOM, and both trying to get back from the shadows and back into the light for one last fling with domination.

reply

What about Strom Thurmond and his racism? Bush preaching about how he would restore integrity to the White House, then lying to the public about Iraq? The Republicans calling themvels the wartime party, but reducing funding to the VA and denying pay to veterans?

As to Canada and Europe, perhaps you aren't aware being a Republicna and all, but they're not only not bankrupt, their economies are doing better than the US is. As to your blanket statement that all people in Euyrope have to wait on a list for heart surgery, you're pulling your figures out of your ass, as usual with people of your inclination. And before you accuse me of lying, my cousin is going to school in Scotland and required surgery, and she was in no waiting list. And her part-time job there pays better than mine does here.

As for Russia, China, and Cambodia, I didn't know the Democrats led those revolutions. And could you please remind me again what president is it who is cozying up with Hu and Putin?

reply

Do you have brown eyes? I ask, because the liberal bull$h!t is getting thick as a river in here. He won, get over it. Strom Thurmond started out Democrat, you fool. Get your history right. Cousin>? Maybe your cous is rich and doesn't have to wait. Canada is all kinds of screwed up. Get your head out the sand, you ostrich.

reply

"because the liberal bull$h!t is getting thick as a river in here"
or as thick as that quagmire we like to call Iraq.
Mission Accomplished! Yeah right.
as soon as we bug out of there in 07', Civil War strikes and gas prices will really go up.

Lincoln may have been a republican, but at that time the Republican Party was a liberal party while The Democratic Party was a conservative party. They switched around to what they are now sometime during the late 19th or early 20th century.

As for The No Child Left Behind Act it has proven so far to be nothing, but a failure.

Lincoln was a tyrant.

it is slightly more humorous to think that politicians actually give a rip about any of us be it right or left. They seem to really be representing the needs of the people and not themselves.

reply

Abolishionist Congress? So Congress was filled with abolishionists that forced Lincoln to write the Gettysburg Address? Gee, I didn't know that little bit about history. Sir, you do realize that Lincoln was against slavery even before becoming President, don't you?

President Bush didn't lie to get us into Iraq, as one poster claimed. Whether you think it was a good idea or not isn't the point. You can't throw out accusations that have no basis in fact, whether you like the President or not. He saw a lot of info that pointed to WMD and he knew the history the U.S. and the U.N. had with Saddam's dishonesty. If Saddam had just allowed the inspectors to do their job over the years, Bush might not have felt the need to confront him as he did. After 9/11, the President felt that the time for negotiating and waiting had long past. There no reason to lie about it, and no evidence to prove he did. This accusation has been directed at him for a long time now without anything to back it up, and I think it's time to stop with this kind of rhetoric.

I haven't seen "DC 9/11," but it was made at a time when Bush's approvals were still fairly high and many viewed his actions after that day to be worthy of some praise. Quoting from Michael Moore's documentary, which attempts to make his movements on the day seem malicious or uncaring, doesn't change the fact that he did a lot to change the way that intelligence agencies in this countries do their business now. Instead of guarding their information secretly, the agencies are now able and required to share vital findings that could be helpful in preventing another 9/11. Perhaps this will be one of the lasting acheivements of the administration.

President Bush won't go down as the greatest President, because his second term has degenerated into a series of "gotcha" games played with Congress, and because not enough of importance was done. This isn't to say that he hasn't had some shining moments, including his Supreme Court nominations of John Roberts and Sam Alito and wisely using his veto power on occassion. But his second term will likely be seen as a disappointment, as his efforts to reform Social Security and immigration reform have failed to yield any success. And the Iraq Conflict has yet to improve in a dramatic fashion. Still, the movie discussed in these threads was made before all of this. President Bush's first term was largely a brilliant success, with Congress passing many important bills and with his leadership being at its strongest peak by the time his re-election took place in 2004. Many will remember him standing on the rumble of the WTC exclaiming that our enemies "will hear from us soon." And many will recall his spirited campaign to wage war against Terrorism and Religious Fanatism in the Middle East.

I don't know why I'm replying to this almost two years after it was posted. I guess just to offer the value of hindsight on a few things.

"President Bush didn't lie to get us into Iraq, as one poster claimed. Whether you think it was a good idea or not isn't the point. This is the same intel that Clinton saw during his eight years. It has been proved that someone (re: Bush) did say to find some reason to pin 9-11 on Iraq in some way.

"President Bush won't go down as the greatest President, because his second term has degenerated into a series of "gotcha" games played with Congress, and because not enough of importance was done."

Go take a look at Bush Year One before 9-11.

"This isn't to say that he hasn't had some shining moments, including his Supreme Court nominations of John Roberts and Sam Alito"

I don't know how shining these guys are considering that their nominations hinged on, respectively, the withdrawal of Bush's first unqualified nominee and the death of one of the greatest Supreme Court justices in recent history.

"and wisely using his veto power on occassion."

I don't know how wise it is to veto something based entirely on one's religion and not on scientific fact.

"President Bush's first term was largely a brilliant success, with Congress passing many important bills and with his leadership being at its strongest peak by the time his re-election took place in 2004."

All I can say to this is 'Patriot Act.'

"Many will remember him standing on the rumble of the WTC exclaiming that our enemies "will hear from us soon."

And finally, I just need to point out if you go to the footage from just before that moment and turn up the volume a bit, you'll hear someone saying that he couldn't hear Bush. It was a politically convenient coincidence. It was a forced hand off.

Top US government insider Dr. Steve R. Pieczenik, a man who held numerous different influential positions under three different Presidents and still works with the Defense Department, shockingly told The Alex Jones Show yesterday that Osama Bin Laden died in 2001 and that he was prepared to testify in front of a grand jury how a top general told him directly that 9/11 "
