You should have a sort of autopsy drawer to open when you first start. When opened put on the gloves and goggles. Then, take the scalpel and around the top corner of his chest on either side when scalpel crosses a certain spot an X will appear, insert the scalpel there. Next in the center of the chest when you come across an X insert the scalpel there, there should be a large diagonal cut in his chest. Then go to the other corner of his chest and do the same thing you should now have a V cut into the man. The last cut will be made in the man's stomach lined up with the cut you made in the center of his chest. You have to go pretty far down before you can cut. if done correct you will have made a Y on the man and the skin will open out so you can see his ribcage. Take what looks like pliers from the drawer and cut each of the man's rib bones. (Hope your'e not squemish) Slowly take out the man's organs and you will find a white mass. Take the needle from the drawer and insert it into the white mass. After that you are done but you have to create a concoction using the white mass and other liquids that you should in your inventory. Use the microscope to create this and inject it into Mulder so that he no longer has the infection. I hope that wasn't too confusing.
