I thought David Duchoveny's character died on the show. forgive me if I spelled his name wrong

MULDER DID NOT DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He went into HIDING because of the Super Soliders and the people in the government who were trying to kill him! And he came back when he 'killed' a Super Solider (which can't be killed).

Spoilers: in season 8 Scully, Skinner and Dogget find Mulders dead body and he is announced dead and buried. 3mnths later the body of Billy Myles who was also abducted with Mulder is found at sea, but that body shows signs of life. Skinner and Dogget then decided to dig up Mulders casket and see if there was a chance that he was alive. Mulder was indeed alive. so actually yes Mulder did die but he came back to life

Mulder did die, in Season 8 of the show.
But later he comes back to life.
This game takes place before Season 8.
Season 7 is probably the time in which this game is set.
