IMPORTED DVD. WHO HAS IT!!!!! SHOULD I GET IT???????????

I'm thinking about buying the imported DVD that is all regions.

My questions for those who have it are:

-There seems to be two different versions on Amazon.com. One has a picture of a guy in a red coat holding a gun and an explosion is behind him.(i think it's a cool cover) The second is just a blue cover with the sky in the background and what I think are the three main characters in movie standing in the front. Plus it says uncut version. Which DVD should I get??????? Whats the best one??? Please help. :)

-Does it have the dubbed english track on it?

-Is it worth getting?? [NO SPOILERS PLEASE!!!!!]

I won't really care if it is not dubbed. I just like to watch foreign films in my language. I used to hate subtitle films, but, now that I'm older I like subtitled film a little more. Old habits die hard I guess. :)
