Lived in Tonga (from USA)

I lived in Tonga about a year up until December and knew lots of Tongans and a handful of Kiwis and have been to NZ twice. Is this a funny portrayal of Tongan immigrants in New Zealand? Met lots of them, too.
Don't think I can purchase this movie in the US or in NTSC format.
