Bashir

Why is everyone moaning about Bashir setting michael up? Michael said ALL of those things. And sure the editing was a little unfair but he still said all of those things. And stop blaming Bashir, it wasnt like he edited it himself was it? And i dont know for certain but id guess that he wouldnt have final say on the finnished product.

I guess bashir made it look like michael was a weirdo and thats not right. I know it sounds weird that he slept in the same room as the boys but so what? doesnt mean he molested them. He is just trying to live the days he didnt as a boy so hes acting just like a boy. No one knows what he really went through when he was little so maybe that has him trying to be friendly with kids.

The guy (Bashir) is an idiot. He's attacking MJ the whole time and in my opinion it wasn't a good documentary. Yes, he made MJ open up about so many things but it looks like he's trying to make him look like a weirdo. I did not like this guy. I waited a long time to watch this and I'm disappointed at what I just saw. All MJ wanted to do was good and people just wanted to see something wrong in it. This guy should've gone instead of MJ

I dont get why there is so much hate for this documentary either. The one thing I can say Bashir did that was shady is talking behind Michael's back about somethings. But as for the production I liked it mainly because I got to see Michael speak. The strangest things that occured were him with the little boy holding hands, and admitting he sleeps in the bed with other boys, that came out of Michael's mouth, do I think anything happened, no.

I think the documentary is interesting and Bashir asked MJ very valid questions.

I remember seeing it in 2003 and it opened my eyes. This documentary made me realize MJ did NOT molest the kids.

I would not let my younger daughter sleep in another person´s bed who is not a relative or some one I don´t know or trust, no, never. But I believe Michael was very special and that he was a child in a man´s body and did not harm these boys. I believe they harmed him.

MJ was a very troubled, a sensitive and gentle soul. What he said was a cry for help and it´s a real shame his friends did not help him, only enabled him to self destruct.

Many questions and comments of Bashir are in bad taste and far too biased, but I don´t think he meant to really harm Michael. I believe he was seriously alarmed at his fragile state of mind.

I think we understood him better after watching the documentary.

I think MJ´s father has a lot to answer for.

I agree with all you said. Ultimately, this world was just too cruel for him to handle.
