Game playing with wife and son

Does anybody know what game Seller's first wife was playing with their son? The scene was after Peter went on a rampage and destroyed his son's toys because the boy had painted a stripe on their new car. As for the game, there's a box on the table, but the title is difficult to read. Both the mother and boy, on their turns, shake dice in a dice cup, roll the dice out and then move what looks like a wheel on the gameboard. Could this be Waddington's Skudo?
