Missing Simon Marchmont quote

A couple of years ago I wrote down this quote after seeing this on the show. Or at least I thought I did. I swear I heard and saw this on the show.

I just re-watched Posh Nosh on youtube and I didn't see it. Did I imagine this? Or was it cut out for some reason?
