I have seen this, and...

it was very poignant.

I hadn't lost a brother or anyone in my family. But this one tugs at the heart. Felt very real.

I love movies that quietly instill themselves inside my head and never leave. This is one of them. A truly affecting film and one of the best I've seen in years.

one of the most boring film i've ever seen

I love the way Chereau makes me feel like I'm part of the whole story. So real, so intimate.

I agree. A real snooze inducer. I love deep and art house type films, but this one was just too depressing for my taste.

Yet another French minimalistic movie. But don't be fooled: unfortunately minimalism doesn't equal quality.

Oh God
I have only watched one hour and I think I'm going to give up.
What's with the never-ending shaving scene? Does it provide depth? What does the director think she's doing with it? Or wasn't an editor available?

Yes, very real! Tomorow morning when I remembered it, I didn't want to think about it, as something really painful had happened to me.
