Paris, Texas

This is a well executed short film. This film is taken from a scene in the Wim Wenders film
"Paris, Texas" where an estranged father (Harry Dean Stanton) is trying to reconnect with his
son. Jonze turns the father/son relationship into a boy meets girl scene. "How They Get There"
is a very cleaver film. It displays the detailed craftsmanship of a very talented filmmaker. The
film is available on the Spike Jonze Director's Series DVD along with music videos,
documentaries, etc.

I would also highly recommend "Paris, Texas." It may be too slow for some, but it is a
masterpiece and well worth your time.
