Voice Credits for "Osiris"

Okay, I just pulled a relatively crappy version of this off of Kazaa so's I could finally watch it - I wasn't about to shell out my cash to see Dreamcatcher. Sadly, the video transfer - which looks like it was filmed by somebody with access to the projection booth (the loud "click-click-click" was a big clue) - was awful. Due to this I couldn't really appreciate the animation as much as I should have been able to..... but I've now SERIOUSLY digressed. Okay, here's the POINT: Was it just me, the crappy pirated version I watched, or did Steve Buscemi actually do a voice for this thing? I could'a swore that he was in there, and I don't think that's such a stretch being as he did Final Fantasy an' all. Anybody know who the voice actors were on this one, because IMDB has only got two names and that ain't everybody.

Okay. Apparently bitching DOES work - within 24 hours of ranting (somewhat) that IMDB didn't have a full cast list.... IMDB went out and got the names I was looking for. No Steve in the bunch though. Guess I'll hafta retrain my movie ear. Anyways, if the 'powers that be' behind the scenes here are still monitering my transmissions, thanks.

I could've sworn that was Steve too. Looked like they used an altered version of Steve's face from Final Fantasy for the guy that sounds like him.

The pirated version definitely sucks ass. You can hear people laughing or talking during the intro (the Green WB). I know it'll be online at www.intothematrix.com at some point this year.

or you could just BUY THE DVD

Let's see, $19.99 or free. I think I'll take the latter.

Too much of a sacrifice of quality for me. When it comes to something where image clarity and ease of access is, to me, quite necessary, quality is essential. Plus, there is all the extra stuff such as commentaries, production notes, etc. which you know no one is going to take the time to rip and put online. Besides, most places had this for $12.99 - $14.99 during its initial release!

I guess it's just a matter of personal preference and choice of titles. After all, I had a 'free' copy of Spider-Man and have never bothered with the DVD....

C ya!

Wrong Spawn...The guy that did the voice of Thadeus was the Voice of Spawn from the HBO series...I only found out because he's on a show called "Like Family" he has a very distintive voice...

Its John Di Maggio who did the voice of that crewman. John is best known as the voice of Bender in Futurama. Talented guy, eh?
