This was great

So, it starts out as a typically low-grade zombie/horror movie. Nothing great, but it held my interest.

Then they pull up to the gas station and I'm thinking I'd love it if I pulled into a gas station in the middle of nowhere and a band was playing. Great idea.

The whole thing acts like your typical bad zombie movie, but with a great sense of humor. I really liked the band too. They may not be to everyone's taste, but if they are then it's an added bonus. (Is there a soundtrack available?)

There are so many tiny nuggets of humor in it along with David Carradine (who doesn't love him?) and a brief appearance by Portia Di Rossi (who doesn't love her?).

I'm guessing the similarity between Portia's character and Cameron Diaz's character in Very Bad Things had to be an intentional homage.

I really expected less out of this movie, but was pleasantly surprised.
