Subject: Fwd: POTUS on HRC emails

we need to clean this up - he has emails from her - they do not say state.gov

President Obama claimed that he found out about the server at the same time the rest of us did.

HILLARY CLINTON VIOLATED 3 FEDERAL LAWS WHILST POTUS WAS AWARE

1. Mishandling of Classified Information

Executive Order 13526 and 18 U.S.C Sec. 793(f) of the federal code make it unlawful to send of store classified information on personal email.

2. Violation of The 2009 Federal Records Act

Section 1236.22 of the 2009 National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements states that:

“Agencies that allow employees to send and receive official electronic mail messages using a system not operated by the agency must ensure that Federal records sent or received on such systems are preserved in the appropriate agency record keeping system.”

3. Violation of the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA)

As a former fan, I'm highly disappointed, downright disgusted, at Bill's support of Hillary. Bill has no business ever criticizing the Bush regime and all of Bill's prior work has retroactively been nullified. What a disgrace.

reply

you, a discussion? hahahahaha. a serious one at that? hahahahahaha.

reply

not an argument

reply

Gee, you think nobody is aware of the fact that Hilary violated the Freedom of Information Act? That doesn't necessarily make her "crooked" though or guilty of every other crime anybody wants to accuse her of.

I've said it before it and I'll say it again: I probably wouldn't vote for her EXCEPT that she's running against a dangerously unqualified racist demagogue and hypocrite (he basically just admitted to treating women like he's accused Bill Clinton of doing, and it wouldn't surprise me if he's at least as "crooked" as Hilary). I'm sorry but violating the FIA is not nearly as bad as violating common human decency like Trump has repeatedly done with his hate-filled racist bullsh*t.

reply

I think that was the idea. That seems to be the only reason most people are voting for her. You should probably be voting for the person they advertise the least.

reply

Do you mind posting me a link for Jill Steins plans for dealing with modern slavery and human trafficking?

reply

They have a pretty good policy on social justice, i know they intend on cutting all funding to countries who engage in such activity and are determined to end the elite influence that makes such things possible. You can read the green platform.

reply

yeah, i don't really like hillary but she's not a mentally ill child who's running on pure bombast and slogans in a pure exercise in narcissism.

reply

EXACTLY Z-Tay!! Hillary should be in JAIL and EVERYONE knows it!!

Jesus NEVER existed! He is Judeo Christian MYTH!

reply

If someone wants to vote Hillary, that's fine but I'm sick of Bill Maher and her sheep. I want her supporters to be honest about her character and stop pretending she's this perfect candidate

reply

I have seen you accuse Hillary supporters more than once of "pretending she's this perfect candidate," bishop69757. Who is claiming she is perfect? 95% of my friends, family, and coworkers are voting for Hillary and all of them know she is flawed. None of us is happy about her carelessness with the emails and the potential conflicts of interest involved with donors to the Clinton Foundation. However, on the negative side, she is not the ignorant, egomaniacal, patholgical liar and magnet for racists and misogynists that her opponent is. On the positive side, she has a great deal of international and domestic experience, practice in reaching across the aisle, actual detailed policies and plans, and tact and sympathy. Not perfect but way better than Trump.

reply

In his mind, anybody who holds their nose and votes for Clinton just to keep Drumpf out of the White House is therefore saying that she's "the perfect candidate."
