All these channels are some what f u c ked. Vh1 is obsessed with making you care about the lives of celebrity's, and MTV shows shows like cribs to make you feel like your life sucks, among other things.

I have to say *beep* BET. all it does is promote a stereotype, sure they can have a decent little special dealing with positive issues but don't expect it to be a long running show like 106. Telling kids to be something in life and then promoting artist like lil wayne and other money worshipping industry whores does not get you a pat on the back in my book.

Also i hate the fact they have shows like "What black men are really thinking" WTF? Yeah because you know all us black guys think the same. And then folks get mad when people talk about us like were all robots. (Of course there's ignorance on both sides. Anybody who thinks a Tv network made for a certain race defines how they all think is cleary immature) I hate the fact that all they promote is rap (notice i said rap and not hip-hop)and r&b. I wanna turn to Bet and see Jimi Hendrix, Fishbone, Nat king Cole, Sammy Davis Jr. I wanna see more mos def, Talib Kweli. I don't wanna see ring tone rappers who tell me to by they're album so i can listen to them talk about how much more money they have than me.

I'm sorry but cancelled upn shows and reruns of different strokes is not what represents black people and for that matter neither does some channel "especially made" for black people either. You wanna stop racism, stop creating it.
