I actually liked it, but some parts I didn't understand.

Okay, I like horror, but I'm kinda fed up by all several types of horror. Like I've seen Saw, the first movie, and though I'm not the kind to be sickened by these things, it was just a bit over the top for me. So I havent watched the rest, and meh.. just not my thing. I prefer the suspense.

I've seen a lot of lame horrors, so I thought I had this one figured all out before anything happened, but I was wrong most of the time. Or semi-wrong.

I did like the acting tbh, I found it better than in some of these teen-horror movies. Especially that "Jokester" kind, was it Eric? (the guy with the mic) For some reason, I really did feel like he was a genuine character.

anyway. What bothered me a bit was that some of these things were so random. From what I gathered, the guy was still alive and actually killing these people (he sets up a new trap at the end?) - so why was this place "haunted", so that these people went crazy? (starting lashing out and such, especially those brothers.. as if they were being posessed by this killer?)

I guess you could say they went a bit crazy just from the stress and the fact that they had started to believe that you WOULD go crazy, so therefore they did..? But still, a bit left out.

That main guy (mark right?), who comes down from the attic when Tyler comes running, was it him who killed the first guy, since he was in the attic and pretended he didn't know where Eric was? How could Eric had been killed (the noise Ty heard perhaps?) then dragged to the attic while Mark was still there?

Why did the girls argue over who dragged Mark into the house again? One said it was Tyler, the other one said it was a guy in a mask? Which one was right, and why was this never explained more, as there must have been a reason to why they argued over it. (also they argue over who it was when they tried to beat up the killer, with that photocamera blitzing and such..) Was this suppose to suggest that it WAS Tyler, and the killer was only in the blonde girl's head? That though she seemed headstrong, she was actually the loony? nah, makes no sense considering they were pushed in that hole. I think.

Did Tyler even die? I just don't understand this. I couldn't even make out how that trap got him. Sideways? At first I thought it had gotten his face... (it was like a bear-trap thing, right? Sorry i was just really confused cause of the shots in this scene) - and then suddenly he was gone? WTF? Why did "Bruce" decide to take Tyler, but not Eric? And where did he take him?

Just sooo many questions, haha I don't mean to bash the movie, I enjoyed it quite much. It scared me, had me panicky, etc. Often I just get more annoyed but this one was good.

Has anyone got any answers, or even so, just want to discuss it a bit? Just want to hear your thoughts on this :D
