Why doesn't Disc One play?

I was wondering if I am the oly person that this has happened too.

With the two disc set, none of the extras play on the R-rated disc. Let me be more clear, an pixelated image and choppy sound occurs when they are played. Now don't tell me to clean my DVD player because it only happens on the extras and only on disc one, and we have two different makes of players and two computers and none of them play at all.

I've sent the disc for replacement twice to one online store and even to the company to no avail.

any suggestions? comments? hacker fixes? an uncle with a working version I can get a copy of?

I had the exact same problem.According to the distibutor,they got a bad batch of discs.Keep bugging them with E-mails until they respond,we paid for 2 discs and they owe us one!!

Same problem. Emailed them about it. Hope they can still provide a replacement disc.
