Seriously.......

I have seen both Bergman and Lynch films, I fancy myself a B Horror Movie buff, and have made it my life's goal to see the worst B horror flick out there. And I have to tell you.......WE HAVE A NEW LEADER.

I know people will come on here and try to down play my opinion (that's right, O-P-I-N-I-O-N), but hey, let 'em try. I have read some of the posts defending this movie, and let me tell you, if something sucks, it sucks. There is no deeper meaning, there is no "well, you don't understand, it's psychological." I work at a mental health facility, and I counsel many schizophrenics. This movie blows. Do not call me stupid, I am probably smarter than you anyway. Search your feelings, you know it to be true. This movie sucks.

Man, you're absolutely right. Hell, I was watching the behind-the-scenes thing on here and it was more screwed up than the accual movie (and thats saying a lot). The director/Damen went to the producer's house(I think), and stole all of the reels of the film. When the guy came out of his house to get the films back, Vin was just driving out of the driveway and he ran over the guy. He then back up his car and ran over him again and again. He was then put in a criminaly insane assylum where he constantly chewed on his crocth. All this because producer cut out 9 seconds between where the porn star runs from the woods and goes to the house (her clothes are ripped where they were not when she was in the woods)

To get money for this movie, the guy who played the hitch-hiking revernd pimped out all the girls who played in the movie. When they were in the house between takes they would 'pop beauties' and smoke crack while having huge orgies.

If you don't believe me, rent the DVD sometime (it's not worth buying), and check out 'The Making Of...' in the special features.

Did you honestly BUY that crappy story??

I read about it and KNEW it was fake ~ then researched it and saw that it was a gimmick ... there is no Vin Crease and the whole thing ~ from him running down the producer, to the pimping, whoring and drugging, all of it ~ was made up for the hype factor.

The film was actually made recently ~ I mean, check out some of the actors dates of birth ~ they were born in the late 1970's.

You thought the Blair Witch Project was real too, huh?

Try not to be so damn gullible.

I knew it looked more recent than all that...I knida thought there was truth to it, i just figured the people on the interview were wasted and telling their verson...it is so weak if it was all hype...who really directed it then?

i cannot abide useless people.

Watch "Shatter Dead"- I think you'll change your mind. And from a cinemotographic point, it's clear the guys from S. of the R.S. studied at a film school. Just watch Shatter Dead, if you can get thru it.
