In one of the last scenes (with Tess and Danny) I'm trying to figure out how the Night Fox figured out that Danny and Rusty had met previously with LeMarc and knew about the conversation/bet. WHen he realizes this, he is even more dejected - but how did he figure that out?
shareOcean says Toulour lost....the only way Toulour lost is if Ocean's 12 had been acting the whole time after his message to them in Van Der Voude's house...and the only way they'd do that is if they knew about the challenge before....so he assumes they must have gotten it from someone else than him....only one who could possibly know about his ego problem with Ocean is Le Marc...
and because he broke rule No.1 (narc'd ocean & co to Benedict) and he is putting fellow thieves' lives in danger for no good reason, he is always afraid that Le Marc will not approve of his actions and could feel sorry for them....so he figures it out quickly....
