Ok, I just rewatched and this is just really aggravating to me (yes, I understand that there are tons of plot holes, but this is the one that got to me).

Why couldn't Yen do the laser dance?

I know that they said it was random, but the Night Fox was showing practicing and doing the dance.

The only 2 possibilities I can think of are either the Night Fox programmed in a back door into the security system, in which case, couldn't Basher do the same thing? Or he was practicing the most common possible angles and put in ambient noise, not music in the earphones. But if he was practicing possible positions, couldn't Yen do the same?

Any way I look at it, I can't figure out why Yen could not do the laser part if Toulour could.

Yes, I know that they already had the egg, so it doesn't really matter, but this is just annoying to me.

If I were to take the film seriously, they only had four days. Yen didn't show up, due to the confusion over the luggage, until then. The Night Fox had months to learn all possible variations.

There IS a flaw to the laser scene. If you look at all laser spots, they cover the main area (like the floor, the ceiling and so on), but not the area between a wall and a row of the statues.
