For an all star cast it's

Boring, dry, classless and haphazard. Once you get past the somewhat clever way the bad guy gathers these thieves to get his money back, the dialogue and scene progression are worthy of an 8th grade talent show. No imagination, nothing to make me like or root for the characters.
